Dubai mall

when in Dubai, you must go to one of their elaborate malls. You’ll find crazy architecture, fountains, aquariums with sharks. Ski slopes, ice skating ring and every possible brand store you could imagine is present there. The mall experience is something you won’t ever find anywhere else in the world. Ski Dubai is the first indoor artificial ski slope in the Middle East. You must try Skiing over there.

The Dubai Fountain

It is the fabulous thing in town. It is an evening show that happens every thirty minutes from six to eleven at night. It is right outside the Dubai mall. It is definitely designed like the one in front of the very popular Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas. The fun part is that the Dubai Fountain is twice as big which makes the whole show even more exhilarating to watch at night.

The Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa is famed for being the tallest building in the world and stands at 830 meters from the ground. It is home to thirty thousand residences, nine hotels including the famous Armani hotel. You must go to the top to experience the mesmerizing feeling of literally being on top of the world and not to forget the view from the top of the Burj Khalifa at night!!

The Desert Safari

When in Dubai you must go for a desert safari. It is full of fun, adventure and amazing for adrenalin junkies. The best thing to do here is to go for sand boarding, dune bashing, camel rides etc. You can also enjoy some exceptionally well belly dance performances and exhilarating fire shows. You can also go for luxury camping which is staying overnight in a luxurious tent under the starlit desert and enjoying Arabian cuisine. This is one experience you must take back home from Dubai.

Al-Farooq Mosque

The mosque is one of the many mosques in Dubai. The interesting thing about this mosque is that it is modeled exactly after the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. Although the Al-Farooq Mosque is surely smaller than the Blue Mosque, the Islamic architecture, the art and the serenity of the place is something not to be missed at all. The quiet and peaceful ambience of the mosque will help you to reconnect with yourself.

The Royal Palace

It is the home of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai. Tour guides take you through the palace premises and you can experience the grandeur and the larger than life stature of the Palace. The interesting part is you’ll find beautiful peacocks everywhere around the gardens which is a fun sight to watch.

The Gold Souk

The most important place to shop in whole Dubai is the Gold Souk. The shops here sell 22 and 24 carat gold ornaments and other accessories. By the way you can find anything here. So the price of gold jewelry involves factors like weight, craftsmanship and the price of the gold commodity for the day. Not to mention the exchange rates and the haggling costs after that. Even if you don’t shop anything, you’ll still relish the rich cultural experience that the place has to offer.

Dubai Museum

A glimpse into the history of Dubai, the museum offers many centuries old artifacts and custom objects that depict the lifestyle of people back in the day. The museum itself is located inside a fort which gives you a feeling of entering into the medieval ages. They have also got extensive underground exhibits beneath the fort to explore further.
